AgentHandled. It is a season payment dispute for one player, filed as not recognized because the card statement showed the platform name instead of the club. Two things went out just now: an email to the parent explaining the charge and asking her to confirm it with her bank, and the full evidence packet to Stripe, her signed waivers from the day of the payment, the matching billing details, and the player's active roster spot. The bank has until the deadline the dispute notice set. The last three disputes all came back in the club's favor.

On your other teams the practice player rate sits below the full team fee by a set amount, and I did not want to pick the number for you. Confirm and it goes live with its own enrollment agreement, built from the version your other teams already use.

CoachEli's mom is having trouble with the app. She can't see his team and I've sent her multiple invites.
AgentShe is set now. Her account was already active and signing in fine, it just was not attached to Eli's 14U team, only the older tryout rosters. I linked her to Eli on 14U directly, so no new invite is needed. Have her close and reopen the app and 14U will be there.

These are the four lines of the pilot contract, agreed in writing before go-live. During the 30 days the Firmi desk itself runs to them: the agent drafts, a named operator on our side executes anything at the confirm level after you say go, and you can read the log either way.

Bound identities

Everyone who texts is bound to a real account when we connect iMessage, so the desk knows who is asking and what their role allows. An unknown number gets a friendly handoff, never an action.

Action levels

Every action has a level: answer, act, or confirm. Reading your data and answering is always allowed. Acting on a record is limited to the allowlist you agreed. Money and broadcasts sit at confirm.

Charges, refunds, and any message to more than one person stop and ask you first. The ask includes what will happen, to whom, and for how much, in one bubble.

Will it text my families without asking me?

No. Reading your data and answering is always on. Anything that costs money or goes to more than one person stops and shows you what will happen, to whom, and for how much. You say go, then it goes.

What happens when Firmi doesn't know?

It says so, and routes the question to you with everything it already found. It never guesses on your behalf and never invents a policy your club doesn't have.

Does it actually read our data, or is this a chatbot with a script?

It reads your real rosters, registrations, schedules and payments, the same data the app shows parents. A script can't tell you whether Eli's mom is linked to the 14U roster. Firmi can, and did, at 10:08 on a Friday night.

Do we have to learn another app?

No. Your coaches and parents text it the way they'd text a coordinator. You keep your dashboard. Nobody on your side gets a new login to remember.

Is our club's data safe?

Every texter is bound to a real account, every action is limited to an allowlist you agreed in writing, and every answer and action lands in an audit log you can export and read without us.
