Handled. It is a $1,548 season payment for a 9U player, filed as not recognized because the card statement showed the platform name instead of the club. Two things went out just now: an email to the parent explaining the charge and asking her to confirm it with her bank, and the full evidence packet to Stripe, her three signed waivers from the same minute as the payment, the matching billing name and zip, and the player's active roster spot. The bank has until the 21st. The last three disputes all came back in the club's favor.
Can JV get a practice player option like 5th and 7th grade have?
Yes. JV currently has Member and Non-Member only, so I will add a JV Practice Player option to the registration form. One thing I need from you is the price. On your other teams the practice player rate runs $500 below the full team fee, which for JV would be $950 for members and $1,400 for non-members. Confirm and it goes live with its own enrollment agreement, built from your 7th grade version.
I can only see the answers on the registration. Where are the actual signed waivers?
Every form a family signs is captured as a signed PDF the moment they sign it, with the parent's name, date and time on it. Two of the nine forms are signed during registration and the other seven come up before the card screen, so card payers always finish all nine. I turned on roster export for you: Export roster (CSV) at the top of the roster, with Waiver Accepted Date as a column. Say the word and I pull the complete signed packet per athlete.
Six teams, 60 kids, 60 different uniform sizes. How do we get these ordered and out to families across NorCal?
Sizes and numbers came in with registration, so the order is already built: 60 items, grouped by team, with the bulk price from your provider. I can place it as one bulk order shipped to each coach for practice, or as 60 individual orders shipped to each family's address on file. Tell me which and I place it today and send every family a confirmation.
Eli's mom is having trouble with the app. She can't see his team and I've sent her multiple invites.
She is set now. Her account was already active and signing in fine, it just was not attached to Eli's 14U team, only the older tryout rosters. I linked her to Eli on 14U directly, so no new invite is needed. Have her close and reopen the app and 14U will be there.
My son made a team outside the club, so we're done for the season. What happens to our registration?
Refunds are a director call, so I sent your request over with the registration details. They'll follow up today, and your spot stays open until they do.
